Does Thrise really ring in Silent mode and Focus?
Yes. Thrise has the same system-level wake-up power as Apple’s own Clock app, so it rings through Silent mode, Focus, and Do Not Disturb, and appears right on your Lock Screen.
Can I just swipe it away like a normal alarm?
No. There is no snooze and no skip. To silence Thrise you complete a mission — such as camera-counted push-ups, making your bed, or moving around — which is verified on your device.
Is Thrise a good alarm for heavy sleepers?
Yes — it’s built for heavy and deep sleepers. Thrise is a loud alarm that rings through Silent mode and Focus, and because it can’t be snoozed or swiped away, you can’t sleep through it: you have to get up and complete a mission before it goes quiet.
Is there an alarm that makes you do exercise?
Thrise is a workout alarm: you can set it to require camera-counted push-ups or a minute of moving around before it switches off. The reps are counted on-device — you can’t fake it from bed.
Does Thrise work offline, without an account?
Yes. Thrise works fully offline and needs no account or sign-up. Your alarms, streaks, and camera missions all live on your iPhone — nothing is uploaded.
Does my camera video get uploaded anywhere?
Never. The camera is used only to confirm you got up, and every frame is processed on your iPhone and immediately discarded. Thrise has no account and no server — nothing leaves your device.
What does Thrise cost?
Thrise Pro is $4.99/month or $29.99/year, each with a 3-day free trial. It’s a single subscription that unlocks every wake-up challenge, streaks, and your morning-art gallery.
Which devices does it work on?
Thrise works on iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
Do I need an account to use Thrise?
No. Thrise has no account and no sign-up. Everything — your alarms, streaks, and gallery — lives on your iPhone.
What happens if I don’t finish the challenge?
The alarm keeps ringing, and Thrise chains backup alarms so it won’t quietly give up. You silence it only by completing the challenge.
Is Thrise available on Android?
Not currently. Thrise is iPhone-only because it’s built on Apple’s AlarmKit, introduced in iOS 26, which lets it ring through Silent mode and Focus.
