These terms govern your use of the Thrise app. By downloading or using Thrise, you agree to them.

The app

Thrise is an alarm app for iPhone. It is a wake-up aid, not a medical device, and it is not a guaranteed method of waking. Do not rely on Thrise as your sole alarm in situations where failing to wake could cause harm.

Subscriptions & billing

• Thrise Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $4.99/month or $29.99/year, each with a 3-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings, under your Apple Account › Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and to use it in compliance with applicable law and the Apple App Store terms.

Disclaimer

Thrise is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for missed wake-ups, oversleeping, or any resulting loss. Your use of physical challenges (such as push-ups) is at your own risk; consult a professional if you have any condition that exercise could affect.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
